I find people often mistake true leadership for popularity. Too often I hear or read stories about the same entrepreneurs being interviewed and showcased as thought leaders when in fact they are just good at marketing themselves. You need to dig to find true leadership – but it’s out there. It’s probably not the person that is in Profit Magazine or on all the blogs though. Just a thought.
