I live in Cornwall, Ontario – a small, former industrial-town of some 40,000 people. I grew up here and very much enjoyed my childhood. I was fortunate to go on to University and even work in Toronto for a while – however, I have chosen to make this city my home. We live in an age where geographic location of your workplace doesn’t matter anymore. There is nothing I cannot accomplish while working in my hometown that could be done in a large city. The quality of life I enjoy here is second to none and with tools like Skype, Goto Meeting, and high speed internet, I can work in my own home and get everything accomplished. The internet allows for people to truly be the experts they are, wherever that may be. Just a thought.
